2. Nature of our products
MoodyBaboon squishies are hand-made decorative stress-relief and sensory items intended for desk display and fidget use by teenagers and adults. They are not children's toys, not teething products, and not food, notwithstanding that they are made from food-grade silicone.

3. Safety warnings — please read before use

  • ⚠️ CHOKING HAZARD — small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Keep away from babies, young children and pets at all times.
  • Not a teether or mouthing toy. Do not bite, chew, suck or swallow. Being food-grade does not make it food; it is not intended for oral use.
  • Adult supervision is required whenever the product is within a child's reach.
  • Discontinue use if the product tears, degrades or is damaged, and keep any loose pieces away from children and pets.
  • Persons with silicone sensitivities or allergies should not use the product.
  • Keep away from heat, flame, sharp objects and prolonged sunlight.

4. Intended use & user responsibility
The product is sold for its intended decorative and stress-relief purpose only. By purchasing, you agree to use and store it safely in accordance with these warnings and our Care & Safety guidance, to keep it out of reach of children under 3 and pets, and to supervise anyone to whom you give it.

Terms such as "stress relief" or "calm" are general lifestyle descriptions only. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoodyBaboon accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from misuse, use contrary to the warnings above, or supply of the product to a child under 3. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud; (c) liability for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or (d) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
