Refund policy

We want you to love your squishy 🩷 If anything's not right, we're here for you.

Every MoodyBaboon squishy is handmade, so small marks — tiny bubbles, faint mould lines, soft colour blushes or the odd speck — can't be fully avoided and aren't flaws.

Changed your mind? We can only accept a return if the squishy is completely unused and in its original, unopened packaging (no squishing, marks or dust) and you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once it's been opened or played with, we can't take it back, for hygiene reasons 🙏

If there's a genuine fault affecting how it can be used, we've got you — a free replacement or full refund. Please film and keep a full unboxing video (the proof we need), then email aether.retailgroup@outlook.com within 48 hours with your order number and video.

Not shipped yet? We can cancel for a full refund. Once it's on its way, items can't be swapped and refunded orders can't be re-added to. Refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
