Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. As every squishy is handmade, busy periods may add a little time — we'll always keep you posted.

United Kingdom. Standard shipping is £2.70, or free on orders over £25. Prefer it faster? Express delivery (1–2 business days) is £5.99. Estimated delivery for Standard: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Europe. We ship across the EU. Shipping is a flat £9.90. Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Import VAT & customs (orders outside the UK). Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling fees charged by your local carrier on delivery. These are not included in our prices or shipping and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
