1. About us & these terms
This website (moodybaboon.com) is operated by MoodyBaboon ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian's consent) and can enter into a legally binding contract. Our products are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3.

3. Our products
Every MoodyBaboon squishy is hand-sculpted from food-grade silicone, so no two are identical. Small bubbles, faint mould lines, slight colour differences or minor specks are natural features of handmade items, not defects. Colours may vary slightly between screen and product. Our squishies are decorative stress items — not food, not teethers, not baby toys. Keep away from children under 3 (small parts / choking hazard).

4. Pricing & payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices and availability may change without notice. If we discover a pricing error on an item you've ordered, we'll contact you to confirm whether to proceed at the correct price or cancel. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment providers.

5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order or dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. out of stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.

6. Shipping & delivery
Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import VAT, duties or handling fees, payable by the customer.

7. Returns & refunds
Your rights to cancel, return items and receive refunds are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — designs, product images, text, logos and the MoodyBaboon name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our site unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or misuse the site in any way that could damage it or impair others' use.

10. Reviews & user content
If you submit reviews, photos or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and share that content in connection with our business (e.g. on our website and social media). You're responsible for what you submit and confirm it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

11. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites (such as social media). We're not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Disclaimers
Our site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We take care to describe products accurately but don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not exclude any warranties or rights that can't be excluded by law.

13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can't be limited by law — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, we're not liable for unforeseeable losses or losses arising from failure to follow our care & safety guidance, and our total liability for any order won't exceed the amount you paid for it.

14. Your statutory rights
As a consumer, you have legal rights regarding goods that are faulty or not as described. These Terms do not affect those statutory rights.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
